Technical security expertise

Based on the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on technical security, technical security expertise applies to the following:

  1. Project documents on the construction, expansion, reconstruction, technical upgrade, conservation and cancellation of a potentially hazardous facility
  2. Equipment and technical facilities employed in a potentially hazardous object
  3. Buildings and structures in a potentially hazardous facility
  4. Technical safety declaration and other documents related to the operation of a potentially hazardous facility.

The examination of the safety declaration of hydrotechnical facilities is carried out in compliance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on the safety of hydrotechnical facilities.
