Technical assistance in processing technical safety declarations

Article 15 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan ‘On technical safety’ requires every potentially hazardous object to have Technical Safety Declaration and to have it approved with relevant institutions. The technical safety declaration is prepared based on project documents on construction, expansion, reconstruction, technical renovation, conservation, and cancellation of a potentially hazardous object and is approved by the legal or physical person operating the facility. Fulfilling the requirements of technical safety declarations plays a crucial role in preventing possible accidents and other man-caused incidents.
