At the meeting, the work plan of the Scientific Council for 2026 of the scientific research work carried out in departments and laboratories in accordance with the thematic work plan was discussed and approved.
The Institute also informed about the results of the scientific and practical online conference on the topic "Analysis of natural and man-made emergencies and development of modern methods for reducing their impact" dedicated to the 20th anniversary of the establishment of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Azerbaijan on November 27, 2025, and a decision was made to continue it.
Recommendations were made on strengthening cooperation between universities and conducting more effective production practices.
