A memorandum on joint cooperation was signed between the Azerbaijan State Labor Protection and Safety Technical Research Institute (AzDAMTTETI) of the State Agency for Safe Conduct of Work in Industry and Mining Control of the Ministry of Emergencies and the Oil and Gas Institute of the Ministry of Science and Education.

The memorandum was signed by Mammad Bagir-zadeh, Director of AzDMTTETI, and Academician Fakhreddin Gadirov, Director General of Oil and Gas Institute.

Memorandum of Cooperation on oil and gas search and exploration, drilling and repair of wells, development of deposits, increasing the oil yield of formations, oil and gas transportation and processing, reliability of existing technologies and equipment, underground and environmental protection in Azerbaijan by AzDAMTTETI and Oil and Gas Institute , will create conditions for the joint conduct of scientific-research works aimed at the processes of reducing the negative impact on climate change.

It is also planned to establish a joint working group for determining other areas of cooperation, mutual information exchange and consultations.
