The scientific-research work belongs to the Information-Measurement Systems section of the magazine and deals with the field of Image Recognition. The aim of the research work is to increase the recognition accuracy invariant to the rotation and scale change of objects during the recognition of similar or close objects. Therefore, recognition invariance is ensured by expanding its functional capabilities by using additional blocks to the information-measurement system that measures the geometric parameters of images.
