A scientific-practical conference on “The development of modern methods for analyzing natural and man-made emergencies and reducing their impact” was held by the Scientific Research Institute of Occupational Safety and Technical Security of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
The purpose of organizing the conference, which was held online, was to create a scientific and professional platform for exchanging experience with specialists and researchers working in the field of studying and solving issues related to emergencies, as well as for presenting their scientific results and practical achievements.
Representatives of the Azerbaijan State Scientific Research Institute of Occupational Safety and Technical Security, Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University, Azerbaijan University of Architecture and Construction, SOCAR’s Industrial Safety Department, and Baku Higher Oil School took part in the conference.
Scientific articles on current issues of occupational safety and technical security were presented and discussed at the event; modern methods for studying natural and man-made risks, preventing them, and existing problems were analyzed.
It should be noted that the scientific articles submitted to the conference are expected to be published in the scientific journal of the Azerbaijan State Scientific Research Institute of Occupational Safety and Technical Security.
