MES Agency awarded international certificate again

The State Agency for Safe Working in Industry and Mountain-Mining Control of the Ministry of Emergency Situations has once again been awarded the ISO 37001 – “Anti-Bribery Management System” international certificate. The Agency successfully passed the international audit and evaluation process related to this certification.

It should be noted that the ISO 37001 standard was established by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) in 2016 and is the only internationally recognized standard in the field of anti-bribery.

The implementation of this system enables the Agency to identify and manage bribery risks associated with its activities, reduce corporate bribery-related risks, comply with international anti-bribery norms, and apply best practices and legal requirements in this area. At the same time, it assures stakeholders that the Agency is taking positive steps to prevent bribery. ISO 37001, which incorporates the best anti-bribery practices, also lays the foundation for increased transparency in management.

It should be recalled that the State Agency for Safe Working in Industry and Mountain-Mining Control of the Ministry of Emergency Situations was first awarded the ISO 37001 – “Anti-Bribery Management System” international certificate on June 24, 2022.
