The experts of the Institute conducted a training course on labour protection and technical safety norms and rules for the management and specialists of Republic of Azerbaijan AzerEnerjy OJSC ‘Sumgait Power Plant’ on 22-25 August 2022. The experts delivered training on electrical safety and artificial lighting, workplace certification according to working conditions, providing employees with personal protective equipment (PPE), accidents and their elimination in chemically hazardous facilities, main directions for technical safety in production and testing of potentially dangerous devices and equipment, safety measures while transporting dangerous goods by motor vehicles and safe operation of cranes. The participants who score an acceptable result at the final test are awarded with certificates.
