An international conference on “Process Safety for Sustainable Development and Improving HSE Culture” was held at the SOCAR Baku Higher Oil School, jointly organized by SOCAR Downstream and the Italian company ICARO.

At the conference, HSE experts shared best practices and discussed innovative ways to address challenges in the energy industry.

The conference was also attended by Deputy Head of the State Agency of the Ministry of Emergency Situations for Safety in Industry and Mining Supervision Ismail Nasirov. In his speech, he informed about the work of the government agency he represents in the field of environmental and labor protection, safety, State programs, priorities and future goals in this field.
