A seminar-deliberation on "Labor safety is a system that protects the life and health of workers in the work process" was held in Guzanli settlement, Aghdam region, under the organization of the State Agency for Safe Conduct of Work in Industry and Mining Control of the Ministry of Emergency Situations. The seminar-deliberation was organized in order to analyze the provision of technical safety in various industrial enterprises engaged in the operation of potentially dangerous objects and to take preventive measures.

Responsible employees of the State Agency for Safe Conduct of Works in Industry and Mining Control, representatives of local executive authorities operating in the area covered by the Karabakh Regional Center of the MES, businessmen operating in various fields of industry took part in the event.

Piri Guluzade, Deputy Head of the Agency, who opened the event with his opening speech, spoke about the importance of the progressive economic policy implemented in the country under the wise leadership of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mr. Ilham Aliyev, and the special attention and care shown by the head of state to entrepreneurs, including businessmen operating in industries. The deputy chief noted the importance of ensuring technical safety in industrial enterprises and emphasized the need to take preventive measures in this field.

Then Nasib Nasibov, the chief specialist of the Agency's Azerbaijan State Labor Protection and Safety Technical Scientific Research Institute, spoke about the main directions in the systematic investigation of safety in industry and ensuring technical safety, and informed the participants about the rules, instructions, regulatory and technical documents used in the regulation of technical safety in industrial areas. .

At the event, Eltun Hasanov, head of the agency's inspection for the safe performance of works in the chemical, petrochemical and oil-gas processing industries, Shahin Gachabeyov, the head of the subsoil protection and mining control inspectorate, acting head of the inspectorate for the safe performance of works in liquid and natural gas facilities, were present at the event.
